They came from people that are interested in computer chess. Posting here about quirks encountered when ordering Rybka from a free email account is simply going about something the wrong way. That is a Rybka sales issue, not a CCC issue. It's an issue that should be reported via the Rybka web page, not here. That was why it was removed. This is not a "general marketing help forum"... Questions about specific engines and how to do something are within bounds, as they always have been, but let's leave the explicitly commercial-type questions out of CCC...
