Here's the main reasons this could happen: #1 Bad memory or unseated memory. #2 faulty or unseated hardware. #3 Windows is corrupted. I'd make sure everything is in their appropriate slots firmly, if that doesn't work, reinstall windows (after backing up of course). If that doesnt help.. return or call the better business bureau if it's a new system and they wont give you a refund or help you fix it. I work at a computer sale/repair place and this is just unexceptable even from a business perspective. Even if it's used any decent place would give you at least a 30 days warantee, think there's even laws requiring that. IMHO :) -Josh
