Would you be so kind to post the King's Gambit games between Junior and >Hiarcs? Thanks in advance Hello P! Thanks for your interest in my testwork. You are right; Spanish is missing but when you are testing with only 10 fixed openingpositions it is a matter of priority. Watching The Kings Gambit games are simply fantastic! Entertainment is secured! But you should know that I'm not only including this classic opening due to entertainment and spectacular games but also to test the general improvement of modern engines. My point is that just 5-7 years ago I would probably have seen a very bad White-score in Kings Gambit. The engines didn't know to handle this opening and needless to say the hardware of that time didn't make things better. I'm proud to say that the White-score in my test in Kings Gambit is 49%. In fact it was above 50% before the test of Junior 9 but due to the fact that Junior 9 as the only engine preferred to play the very dubiuos 3.Qg4 (and had to pay for this with a lot of losses with white) the total white score has slipped a bit. You should know that thanks to a special Excel-programme I have a lot of statistical information for all engines performance with both white and black in each opening. The absolute monster with white in Kings Gambit is Hiarcs 10. It has got an incredible score of 90%!!! In no other opening it has such a high white-score. Madness! Here you high and lowscores in Kings gambit with White and black: WHITE: 1. Hiarcs 10 90% 2-3. Toga II 1.1a and surprisingly SmarThink 1.00 each 76,7% and in the bottom: 13-14. Junior 9 and Ruffian 2.1.0 each 30% 15. Ktulu 7.5 26,7% 16. Gandalf 6.0 23,3%(!) BLACK: 1. Fruit 2.2.1 and Toga II 1.1a each impressing 86,7% and in the bottom: 16. Ruffian 2.1.0 20% And here comes another white victory for Hiacs 10 in Kings gambit ag.
