Hello Ed!

In my opinion Hiarcs 10 (with or without Hypermodern ON) and Toga II 1.1a are
very equal regarding playingstrength. I guess it depends on the specific
testconditions. In my latest ratinglist Hiarcs 10 with Hypermodern ON is 16
points ahead of Toga II 1.1a:

Please check my posting from yesterday for the specific testconditions.

Having said all this there is no doubt at all that Toga II 1.1a is a very strong
engine and with the exception of Rybka beta 1.0 Toga is the strongest Free-ware
engine for the time being followed by Spike 1.1.
