Branching factor is about 2. That should do it for any program (branching factor is dominant over all else, including the initial constant of proportionality unless it were truly ludicrous in size). The tricky part is deciding which nodes to throw out, of course. The source code for Fruit 2.1 is available, and has about the same branching factor.
