Yes your right!!  I wish ICC would change and allow a person to mail more games.
I play on Icc quite a bit, so I have accumulated quite a large pgn file. But I
wish I could get some games from other players rated around my strength. I have
enjoy playing Rebel much, much, more since I discovered how to make it a  more
managable opponent.
