My doubt is if it is necessary to consider that in the movement 41.. h5 is a possibility to eat ep and therefore a move more would be needed take treefold repetition. In my opinion I believe that it is not necessary to consider, GUI Fritz and Arena they consider this way it, but I believe that this it is an error that have many engines, included mine.
