Shyborg(C), running CSTAL2-Win, has maintained a near 2800 blitz rating on icc,
playing only quick blitz games (time=<5), and mainly against somewhat lower
rated human opponents. It seems very tough to play against on a p2-400. If more
GMs were willing to play it, I suspect it could even go higher.
