Thanks John. In fact I tend to use same logic as yours. I do not care much about speed, to be or not to be the guy with the latst, etc. Just for writting in my Atlantis word processor and play some old programs like CSTAL and Socrates or Karparov Gambit even my current Armada with a 266 Mhz processor is more than useful. Nevertheless, it lacks adequate internet facilities. So, yes, If I can find a good cheap computer, that would be great. will another thought to the Dell Connection After all I use a notebook ONCE a year, for a month. No more, no less. My best fernando
