Mephisto (Hegener & Glaser) bought out Fidelity in 1988, and, when
Fidelity proceeded to lose them 10 million dollars over the next
three years, H+G filed for bankruptcy and Saitek eventually bought
them out and closed Fidelity's doors (1991).
