Well, I checked the manual overnight, and I noticed another option.  If you want
to save both the original annotated game and the newly annotated game, you could
do as Steve says, that is, go to the Analysis Options Storage box, but rather
than select REPLACE, you could select APPEND.  (But I have never tried this
myself.)
