Subject: Processor Speed and RAM?

I am going to upgrade my computer and am wondering how much of a difference
processor speed and RAM make in the strength of Fritz 5.32?
I am using Fritz only for analysis...not to actually play against!
Anyway, here are my options:
AMD K62-350/400/450
64/128/192mb RAM
Any suggestions?  And is it worth the extra $$ for more RAM/speed?  What is the
approximate difference between these options as far as strength?
