You don't know what it is but you want to buy it. :-))))

Auto232 is a protocol for playing 2 programs automatically on 2 different PCs
connected via the serial port with a special cable.
Autoplayer is the product containing this cable and the software for making
DOS-programs play automatically. Windows-programs supporting auto232 don't need
this software, they already have it implemented.
The Autoplayer, AFAIK, is sold out at the moment but new items soon will be
available at Gambitsoft (www.gambitsoft.com) and is about DM150 = $85.
