Take a look at the local store for the prizes.
K6-350-450 is certainly an unreasonable prize difference. AFAIR the difference
between 350 and 400MHz is marginal, so I'd advice to take the 400MHz.
64MB RAM is the lower limit at the moment, so if you still want to use your PC
in 1 or 2 years you should take 128MB minimum.
What kind of PC do you have right now?
