I believe that this decision is only because of minority of the GM's.
If humans are afraid to earn less money then the organizers can decide that
computers can participate but cannot win prizes.

I believe that if the prizes for humans are the same then most GM's will play.
I think that the best way to know is to ask GM 's if I am right.

I did not do it but I saw that some Israel GM's played in the tournament that
Junior4.9 played in 1998 and I do not know about very big prizes in this
tournament.
