I have priced out the 350 at $66, >the 400 at $98, and the 450 at $135. So you have to decide on your own if and which faster than 350MHz CPU is worth more bucks and if so how many. They are all at least 2x faster than your old one. If it is OK for you that instead of e.g. 2.5x (P2-350) the P2-400 is 32 bucks more expensive, then go for it.
