Hmm, here seem to be mixed up some things...
In the FEN above it is correct, BLACK to move.

No, not in this position.
Again, now the correct position where Crafty and Fritz only see Be5 as best move
while Be7 easily wins:

qnb5/1p1k1K2/pPp2B2/P1p5/2P5/8/8/8 b - -
