I was talking about the case when crafty plays Be7 without all the game and not
about the case when crafty plays Be5.

I meant that crafty does not use enough time to analyze Be5 to see that it is a
draw if it has not  the game.

In this case when crafty is at depth that it can see that Be5 is a draw it is
not relevant because it knows at the same point that Be7 is winning.
