I think that a bit of 'bash'+'sed'+'awk' can do the work.

You only need a small script that generates a new PGN database from the old one
plus a table of known mispelling, after a few iterations you may get a clean
database which can be easily handled by fritz.

If you are unfamiliar with 'bash', 'sed' or 'awk' I can write the script for
you.
