The best program I have tested at fast time controls is Hiarcs7, I tested on Fics, Chessnet, etc.. Hiarcs7 achived the best rating, over programs like Genius 5, Fritz 5, Fritz 5.32, Junior 5, CM6000, Rebel 10 etc that I tested. The strongest program IMO is Hiarcs7 at fast and slow time controls.
