A recent visit to a website (Dann Corbit's CAP page) had some sample EPD
output records purportedly generated by Rebel 10.0. If these are genuine,
then there are a couple of problems:
First, the EPD c0 (comment level zero) through c9 (comment level nine)
operations always take a single parameter, and that parameter is always a
string. E.g.,
c3 "This is a correct EPD comment operation"; (good)
c4 This is a broken EPD operation; (BAD)
Second, chess move parameters, wherever they may appear, are always expressed in
SAN and never in coordinate, long algebraic, decscriptive, morse code, etc.
E.g.,
pv e4 e5 Nf3 Nc6; (good)
pv e2-e4 e7-e5 Ng1-f3 Nb8-c6; (BAD)
