After ...Qc7 20 fxg7 Kxg7 (I assume you mean) then 21 Nh5+ Kh8 and I can see Genius4 for example, looking at a draw until the move 22 Rf6 is actually played, when it takes only a few seconds for Black's score to plummet to about -2.45.
