Mark, Thanks for your kind words. First, I think the current moderators are doing a good job, this is a thankless job. Second, It is easy for me to sit on the sidelines and be objective, it would be much harder as a moderator. Third, The job requires time, perhaps we need at least two people (primary and backup) for each 8 hour time zone (6 people) and 4/3 day shifts (total of 12 people). Perhaps the current moderators have more insight on this than I have. Fourth, I am more of a mediator than a moderator. However, if we need people to keep this going, I would consider it, like most of us, this is a part time hobby for me, so I would have to think about this and talk with my family before I could give an answer.
