I agree.  Apparently, we haven't found it yet.

[I will clarify that I did not have the opportunity to read whatever was biffed,
so it is somewhat difficult for me to know what was deleted.]

For what it is worth, I believe that debate about the moderation policy within a
group is always "on topic".
