I think the general consensus is that Rebel and Hiarcs are strategically better,
and Fritz is tactically better.

If you are rated under 2200 FIDE, I think any commercial program can help you
improve your strategic understanding.  For tactical improvement, computers will
probably help unless you are rated over 3100 FIDE.   :-)
