Possibly.  However, let's have some perspective.  This isn't the U.N.  This is a
commercial forum, founded for the purpose of promoting computer chess and icd
sales.  Noble on both counts.  People should be grateful to icd for this
service, and post responsibly.

You assume there can easily be a main group and a sub-group.  How much will it
cost to implement?  And do people want that?

And a permanent record does exist, for those who ask.  So the accountability is
there.
