When you build a tree from a CBH, Fritz generates its % based on number of
games,results and ,i guess, average ELO of players.
If you edit the variety of play (menu 'book option...') you can see that Fritz
changes the % according to your adjustements; a quick way to force Fritz in
playing certain lines is to manually change the value in the 'pondering' field
which normally reflects the 'learning' of Fritz. You can use values from -128 to
+128 where positive means good move for that side.
