Some people will argue for more, strict rules.  Others will argue for more
moderator judgement.  I don't think everyone's going to be happy.

When I decide that I should send advice to the moderators, I do it via private
email.  Perhaps this will work for you as well, or perhaps not.  I've already
commented in another post regarding the deletion of one of your posts in
particular.
