This is exciting news! I was hoping that something like this would happen,
and that other top programs would follow soon.
This multi-processor version should speed up the calculation of the program,
hence, raise the playing strength. If what Kasparov said was right, that the top
programs nowadays are in the ELO 2600's, then quadrupling the speed of these
programs (with quad XEON processors) would bring about 120 ELO points increase
in playing strength, and therefore, would bring these top programs in the 2700
ELO range (World's top 10 player category).
I wish Amir Bahn success in his initiative with the MultiProcessor Junior.
