It will be very close to 4x, at least 70% of that unless they really botched it.

Whatever it is that gives the most horsepower.  Optical busses?  6-piece endgame
database tables on a 4 inch substrate?  Who knows.  But whatever it is that
gives more bang for the buck will be the next thing to be rammed to the fore.
