I also wish Amir Ban success but I do not believe that quadrupling the speed of these programs (with quad XEON processors) would bring about 120 ELO points increase. The fact that it was the case for slow hardware proves nothing about faster hardware and it cannot always be truth because if you solve the game of chess then faster hardware is not going to help. I think that changing the evaluation function and improving the search is also important and I know that Junior is better not only in speed. Uri
