I do not agree about it.
I think that computers are stronger against tactical players only if the players
do not change their style of play against the computer.

If  tactical good players change their style against the computers then they are
still better than the computer in positional understanding and can be careful
enough not to fall to the tactical traps of the computer.

positional players may lose against the computer if they are not careful to
avoid tactical mistakes when against humans they have more chances because the
opponent may miss a tacticl good move.
