Subject: Convert Chessmaster to PGN?

I recently bought Chessmaster 6000 and I play chess on Yahoo.com.  Can someone
tell me how I can convert the games that I mail to myself from Yahoo onto CM so
that I can replay them?

The instructions that come with Chessmaster are not very clear and I don't know
how to do it.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
