I had a problem just recently with two issues of Chessbase Magazine Extra
disappearing into postal limbo, and when I notified Chessbase of the problem
they promptly sent them again (via registered mail as I had suggested). I can't
claim to have done business with Gambitsoft and therefore cannot vouch for their
business practices, still Bert has always been quite forthcoming and it doesn't
sound like him. Perhaps there was a miscommunication? I would suggest getting in
touch with him again in order to try to resolve the problem.
