Only results... the paper is _really_ about the design of the chess processor
and how it was used in the SP to play chess...  He was giving the 40 game
match results as a way of indicating how strong the slowed down version of
a single deep blue chip was when compared with a commercial program, as a way
of illustrating how strong the new chip will be (it will be 10-15 times faster
than the old chip, which was 10x faster than the chip used in the match to
produce the 38-2 result...

sounds 'strong'...  IMHO...
