Hello, just saw this now. Had some problems coming into this
forum yesterday and found the new address in the email only this morning.

First of all many, many thanks for all the very friendly comments
about our company!!!

Secondly to your problem, as I remember it, Mr Herrasti
(Because of local holiday I am not in the office right now.):

To make it short: you should write more than 2 emails in half
a year!

You ordered something before Christmas and it never arrived in Mexico.
But we did not know this a long time. In fact you should write much
faster. All in all we got 2 emails fom you in about half a year.
When something gets lost, we send it a second time usually. For that
we need a confirmation of your address, in case we made a mistake.
For Mexican citizens we sometimes ask if they have some relatives
in the US, to make shipment to them. In your case we were not sure what
to do, as we did not get a second email for a long time!

Now in case you want a refund, we need to know where to. In the course
of half a year your numbers and addresses might have changed, as we
see very often. We cannot send money out into the blue automatically,
yes. So this is what I asked you the second time that you should keep
in touch and give me more details.
So when you made it into this group, what prevents you of sending me a
third email? Please give us your current mail address, and your
credit card details, then we can refund you. Best Bert/gambitsoft.com
