This "messing" is hyped too far out of reality.  Who hasn't bought a modem, or
a network card, or a new video card and then plugged it into one of the PCI
slots in a PC?  That's all that willbe required for the DB-in-a-PC processor
as well.  My wife has installed a modem by herself...  and had zero problems
doing so...
