The games are saved in the actual open database. Click on the "L" button to
open the database window. Select the game you want to open with the mouse and
press the left mouse key to open the game. Alternatively you can use the cursor
keys to select the desired game and press the RETURN key.

ECTool can export the games to PGN. PGN files can be imported into a Rebel
database.

This I don't understand.
You can select in Rebel the way you enter moves: either by clicking on the
squares (Config/Click on squares) or by dragging (Config/Drag pieces). Read
the Rebel manual for the details.
