Bert Well said Bert, reading his postsl it sounded like that he had numberous contact with you and you just kept pushing him off saying tought. Since this is nowhere near the case and there are a load of people who have found your company to be great, then I think it was his action that were a bit on the weak side. If it was me you would have been getting an email every second day with me saying it has not arrived, has there been anything at your end to find out what is going on, I woud think that would be easy to do. But waiting months, well that is a bit stupid. Well Bert keep up the good work. Micheal
