While Bookup can import a PGN file and export the EPD,
it does not add the 'bm' flag.  I actually use a special
version of Bookup that creates 'BPD' files.  Rather than
the 'bm' flag, it has a flag that stands for all candidate
moves in the position.  I use it to port books from Windows
to Macintosh.
