I know that Junior4.9 on p333 lost against IM alex kraiz one year ago and drew against FM boris mariasin Junior drew against 3 GM's in the same tournament. I remeber that the rating of mariasin is only 23xx. I am not sure about kraiz's rating but I am sure his rating was not 25xx. I do not know about many games of 2450 players against top programs on the fastest hardware but I believe that there are 2450 players who can beat top programs at tournament time control. Uri
