I had an e-mail conversation with the program's author (Wilkins) abvout a year or so ago. I don't believe there had been any further development since the early 1980s. If you are interested in pursuing a Lisp based chess program project, a free Chess In Lisp toolkit is available from the chess.onenet.net ftp site. The file name is "CILv00.tar.gz" (or something like that) in the directory pub/chess/uploads/projects (or something like that). The toolkit is written entirely in Common Lisp and its use can save a lot of time as it has a full bitboard style move generator along with the execute/retract routines. -- Steven (sje@mv.mv.com)
