I was "lucky" in that I returned my copy due to the DELL bug, which was later solved. According to Gambitsoft's website if you have Hiarcs 6 engine for Chessbase you can get H.32 at an upgrade price. So maybe its' not so bad if you can do that, but I can definitely understand how you must have been angry.
