Looking at the position after 7. Qe2 I'm not entirely surprised if human players avoid it, it seems to be 'shot'. After 7. ...Ne7 8. Qxe5 or 8. dxe5 both probably lead to a draw, White can maybe gain some advantage after 7. ...Nc6, as long as he plays 8. Bxf4, and not 8. d5 Nb4 although he can still draw, it seems to me, after 9. Nxe5 (9. a3? Nxd5 is an immediate win for Black). If I'm wrong, please enlighten me! Francis
