This is the backup server for the Internet Chess Club. You are
welcome to play here anytime. This server is typically much
less crowded than the main server.
If you play rated games here, your rating WILL be transferred over
to the main server also. "register" and "extend" and chekels work
only on the main server. See "help transfer" for details.
21 May 1999 11:15am The main server is mostly unreachable, for
reasons as yet unknown. Maybe it will only be a few minutes.
