He is good, but not as good as players like Roman.  IE Crafty has played him
three times and won all three under his handle of "rohde".  Several GM players
also play crafty a lot as "guest" and I don't report those results out of
courtesy to them.  But for fun, try "chinaco" on icc..  he is a 2300 FIDE
player that is a _real_ problem for computers.  There are several others that
are below 2500 but which are real problems..  particularly if a program has a
propensity to misunderstand king safety, even a little...
