The problem is administration. In our attempt to do things correctly we expend a great deal of time and energy. I am concerned about OUR burn-out if we have to double the election process. Also, I am concerned about the next election being held in Mid December - not an ideal time for a retailer. We may have to work on a solution to that as well. As far as technique and capabilities... I prefer that the membership, as a whole, make those decisions. Perhaps the members should ask very specific, pointed questions to be sure that their selected Moderator agrees with their own philosophy. - Steve (ICD/Your Move)
