Perhaps Fritz is programmed with the equivalent of "if rook pawn and wrong color bishop then if queening square can be reached = draw", but the "if rook pawn" is not invoked correctly because there is more than one. With tablebase access this should be a no-brainer, so I'm not sure what the story is.
