I admit that they are good for begginers but for advanced users they have some rigid limitations. I think the real issue is that some users are challenged by a multiple windows inteface. So I would add to the program an "autoarrange" feature to reorder the windows. I would also add a feature that permits to save a layout (like ChessVision has). (I don't belive MS is serious when they claim multiple windows programs should be abolished, why don't start they to publish a version of word which is not a multiple windows prorgam?) I think that the inteface design should depend on who is going to use it. So Fritz looks like a program for computer-challanged people, with it's large buttons. Do you think to be a computel-challanged user or an intermediate (or advanced) user? I think I prefer a program which is elastic and permits me to adjust more, more than a program that forces me to see things where they want to stay. regards Franz
