I agree. Every version of Crafty I've tried on my PII-300 finds Kb1 almost instantly (Probably around 1 second.) Ply 25 is reached in less than 10 seconds, rather than your nearly 3 minutes. Are you sure there's nothing else wrong? Jeremiah
